So... what is a Home Health Aide and their job responsibilities? A Home Health Aide is someone, who is responsible to care for someone who is no longer able to support themselves during day to day activities. These people may have suffered from having certain disabilities, impairments or age-related symptoms; who have the desire to live in their homes rather than a nursing home.
The job responsibilities of a Home Health Aide are quite simple. As a Home Health Aide, you will be able to: properly monitor your patient’s condition, being able to run errands, being able to assist your patient with feeding, dressing, bathing and even grooming.

Course Titles
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), students are trained to work in the home, assisted living or nursing home facilities. Upon completion of this Program students will receive a Diploma. Students may begin working in their field of training as soon as their Diploma is received.
